Daniel Free uses the steam cleaning method to carefully clean your carpets, rugs and upholstery. Steam cleaning is also known as “deep cleaning” because it is the only method known to remove 97 percent of dirt and bacteria from your carpet. This method reaches down to the carpet pile (the lowest layer) to clean it thoroughly, better reaching deep stains.

Daniel Free offers carpet deodorizer and Scotchgard™ to eliminate odors at their source and help protect your carpet and upholstery against stains and everyday wear-and-tear. The deodorizer application will help to eliminate and neutralize odors, leaving a fresh, clean scent. The carpet protection helps to repel liquids and prevent stains from damaging your carpets and upholstery.
Extend the Life of Your Carpets. We recommend deep cleaning your carpet every 12 months to keep carpet looking its best. Customers with children, pets and allergies may require cleaning at shorter intervals, especially in high traffic areas such as stairways, hallways and living areas. It typically takes 8 to 12 hours, depending on the degree of soiling.
A spot is a substance adhered to the carpet fibers but has not become set. A stain is more advanced and may have become set. If the stain has not set and become permanent, stain removal can be successful.
Normal spotting and stain removal is included in our price and cleaning process. We will discuss with you whether your stain will respond to extra treatment and likelihood that the stain is able to be removed, partially removed or if the stain is deemed permanent.
We will move items that one technician could expect to move to include loveseats, tables, chairs, beds on wheels or any other light furniture. We do not move bookcases, waterbeds, computers, china cabinets or any delicate or fragile items. It is always best to remove items to an area not being cleaned prior to our arrival.
